What information Fresh Frais collects:
Fresh Frais collects personal data from visitors to the website who register their information. We also use web statistics tools and track IP addresses so we can improve our services and enhance your Fresh Frais experience. Fresh Frais does not collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you are under eighteen, please ask your parents to register for you. Please do not submit any personal details if you are under eighteen.
How Fresh Frais uses information you provide:
If you give us your personal information, we will use this information to register you within our website, to administer our website services. We will send you announcements or communications by email only if you give us your permission by submitting your personal details. Otherwise, we use your information only to review our performance and to improve our services to you.
Does Fresh Frais share your information with others?
Fresh Frais does not sell, rent or disclose our client’s names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information to any non Fresh Frais entity. Fresh Frais may share client information within the Fresh Frais organization, including other commonly owned brands, so that you may be informed of other products that may be of interest to you. Further, in order to maintain our website and provide our client communications, Fresh Frais contracts with selected third parties. As necessary, your personal information may be processed by these third parties, solely for the purpose of assisting Fresh Frais in these endeavors and subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties, unless required by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding. If Fresh Frais is acquired by another entity, information about Fresh Frais clients may be made available to the new entity.
Fresh Frais uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you give us. However, while we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
PERTAINING TO PREORDER ITEMS: By ordering any order labeled "preorder" you acknowledge that the item you are buying is a PREORDER item and is not going to be shipped until the product is completed in production. Preorder items can take from 60-90 days production time (not including shipping time).
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
We do not accept refunds on anything, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will offer store credit on all clothing items that have not been worn or damaged by the customer. All clothing that is eligible for store credit returns must have all original tags still attached. We do not accept refunds OR store credit on any footwear which is sneakers, boots, sandals, slides, etc. There are no refunds on any PREORDER items however once you receive your "PRE-ORDERED" Clothing item if it does not fit or if there is a quality issue, we will happily exchange for the size you need (if available) or offer you store credit. There are no refunds on backpacks, bags, laces, socks, or duffle bags, accessories, etc. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Store Credit Instructions:
If you decide to return an item for store credit you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns. Once you receive an email reply from email@example.com you must return your problem order and once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit..
If you are approved, we will send you a code for store credit. If you are rejected we will send your item back to your address that was originally on file when the order was originally placed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on where you live and/or what the item you are exchanging, it may take extended time for your exchanged product to reach you (ie; if it is an item that was limited that we do not have in stock). If the item you are exchanging is no longer available, you will be given the option to exchange for an alternate item we have available or you will be offered store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
